Inclusion Working Group

We partner with Diversity in Retail, supporting many colleagues through the Global Women Leader Programme, Ethnic Senior Leaders Programme and Ethnic Future Leaders. These are cross-industry programmes designed to provide experiences and learning opportunities to support career progression for women and ethnic minorities.
