Inclusion Working Group

We partner with Diversity in Retail, supporting many colleagues through the Global Women Leader Programme, Ethnic Senior Leaders Programme and Ethnic Future Leaders. These are cross-industry programmes designed to provide experiences and learning opportunities to support career progression for women and ethnic minorities.

Inclusive policies that support all colleagues

We support all our colleagues, no matter what they’re going through.

We offer:

Menopause support, Trans and Non-Binary support, domestic abuse support, fertility treatment and pregnancy loss support.

We’ve signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge and we’re working closely with Fertility Matters at Work to be one of their first 100 companies committed to becoming fertility friendly.

We also work with the British Retail Consortium and given our commitment to their Diversity and Inclusion Charter.
