Our Inclusion journey so far…

Our inclusion networks are colleague led groups who regularly meet. We launched them with the goal of driving change across our business and they’re doing lots of that! But they’ve also become a great place for colleagues to share experiences and make new friends and contacts – great for colleagues who are new to the business.

Inclusive policies

We support all colleagues, no matter what they’re going through. We offer: Menopause support, Trans and non-Binary support, domestic abuse support, fertility treatment and pregnancy loss support to name a few. We’ve signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge and worked closely with fertility Matters at Work to be one of the first 100 companies committed to be becoming fertility friendly.

Through which we’re able to support colleagues through the Global Women Leader Programme, Ethnic Senior Leaders programme and Ethnic Future Leaders.
