What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of HR system and technology change initiatives, working across multiple business functions. You will bring strong project management experience, combined with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.

You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager, ensuring alignment with wider programme objectives, governance and delivery priorities, and working in close partnership with teams across the organisation. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end to end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Engage, influence and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, spend tracking and reporting on benefit realisation
  • Develop and maintain details project plans, including RAID log (risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies) and change control processes.
  • Establish and maintain clear project governance and reporting structure
  • Managing delivery of the project with third party vendors and systems providers 
  • Oversee testing, data migration and go live activities
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels, translating complex concepts into clear actionable updates.

Our project Managers take ownership of delivery while focusing on meaningful business outcomes, particularly in improving processes, system and reporting.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

We are looking for someone who can bring:

 

  • Experience in HR integration projects focussing on connecting HR functions, data and systems (including integrating HR software with payroll, finance, talent management, and other internal or third-party applications).
  • Strong project planning skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas, so that all stakeholders understand progress and priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholders through change and align teams towards common goal.
  • A collaborative approach, with a focus on bringing people on the journey and driving engagement.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest driving change and business improvement.
  • Project Management qualifications (waterfall or agile) and / or equivalent experience
  • Experience delivering large scale change as a Project Manager
