As a Qualified Accountant, you’ll have the ability to work using your own initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to issue resolution. You’ll be experienced with budgeting and forecasting but have the enthusiasm and aspiration to grow you finance career.
You’ll demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, understanding the key sales and profitability drivers.
You must be able to challenge current practice and processes. Bringing your eye for detail, you’ll always be looking to make improvements and do things better.
As well as being organised and able to deliver to deadlines, you’ll have strong excel skills and experience in manipulating large data quantities with a track record in providing high quality insight and analysis.
As a person you will be confident with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
