As Senior People & Product Protection Manager, you’ll create and deliver the Profit and Protection strategy across the business. With a focus on ensuring the effective protection of customer, colleagues, and profits, you’ll be taking a proactive approach to reduce loss, damage and claims from both internal and external sources.
Engaging with key stakeholders, you’ll provide a reliable, flexible, and reactive service which provides timely and effective support with criminal acts and incidents as required.
You’ll maintain external and internal networks to provide guidance and strategic direction for crime prevention.
Overseeing the management of investigations for all security and profit loss incidents, you will also act as a nominated officer for Anti Money laundering.
Where required, you’ll support with the provision of evidence for court cases and help make sure that colleagues are fully supported with any necessary court attendances and/or areas of legal proceedings.

Through trending analysis and external network information, you will be managing both reactive and proactive security support for our trading areas.
Taking a proactive approach to the protection of people and assets, you’ll keep up to date with external developments in the market which will enable you to advise and provide guidance on the latest relevant protection support and technology.
Where required, you will help provide out of hours support.
