In the role of Onboarding and Development Administrator, you’ll play an integral part in providing specialist support and advice to strengthen the attraction, recruitment, on-boarding and learning journeys of colleagues.
As part of an enthusiastic team of specialists, we’re dedicated to providing a smooth and well-organized onboarding and learning experience, making sure the customer remains at the centre of everything we do.
Offering a positive first response, you’ll become a trusted partner in providing in-depth knowledge and experience, to assist our candidates and colleagues with queries that arise. You’ll be equipped to provide basic reporting to deal with ad hoc enquires or process exceptions and monitoring trends.
In this varied and exciting role, you will support with the administration of more intricate and non-automated parts of our onboarding processes and make sure our learning portal is kept up to date to reflect accurate information for our external learning providers.
- Please note the working pattern for this week is Monday-Wednesday- there is flexibility within working times but will need to cover between 8.30am-5.30pm. Monday and Tuesday will be working from home with Wednesdays working at the Support Centre in Lichfield.
