As Funeral Trading Support Coordinator, you’ll be providing support to our Funeral Trading Support Manager.
This role will see you supporting health, safety and regulatory compliance, helping to protect colleagues, clients and our funeral business.
In this varied role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating the root causes of client complaints
- Identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance service quality and optimise customer satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with our Funeral field teams, helping to simplify operational processes
- Building strong working relationships with key funeral suppliers
- Maintaining the Funeral Workload planner
- Coordinating communications for new initiatives
- Support with improving operational processes and procedures for funeral homes- helping to ensure consistency and compliance
In addition, you’ll be making a significant impact in promoting environmental sustainability through enhancing estate efficiency and waste reduction.
